Hello Adventures in Northeast Ohio Members!
May is Tourism Month in Ohio and
that means our restaurants, hotels and stores will be full of "out of
towners". Please make sure your frontline staff is prepared to
interact with them. Making guests feel welcome is the first step in
customer service. At the end of the day, a person who feels welcome will
visit more often, stay longer and spend more! We are all in the business
of customer service, lets make our guests feel welcome and help them
to spend more on their vacation! Enjoy this edition of the
