AAA Great Vacation Expo
A GREAT Success for Our Partners!
 AAA Show

Fifteen Adventure members joined together to participate in a very successful co-op partnership at the AAA Great Vacations Expo. The show took place Jan 22-24 at the Veteran's Memorial Hall in Columbus. Over 12,800 guests visited the show and explored the "Tailgate Adventure in Northeast Ohio." Our '1200' square foot area was set up as a football field, with interactive games of cornhole drawing people in to play for a prize. By doing the show as a co-op members were able to substantially cut their costs, their time working the show and most importantly, NE Ohio created a much larger impact on its audience!

We Need Your Help
New Committee Seeking Volunteers

Adventures President, Mark Winchell, has encouraged the board to establish a special committee to look over the By Laws and to establish and update the Policy & Procedures for our group. We are looking for additional volunteers who might be interested in helping with this project.  This is your chance to have a voice and determine how the group will operate in the future.

If you are interested please contact chair, Amy Rutledge. We will keep you posted as this committee meets over the next couple of months.

The cooperative advertising committee is currently contacting

companies to obtain advertising proposals for 2010. We will of course look to our member publications as well as publications outside the area. Adventures will be allocating funds for the program, which is another great benefit for our members.

Look for details right after the March meeting.  If you have a suggestion on a cooperative ad you would like Adventures to consider please forward your ideas to Amy Rutledge or Chris Meyers.
