NAHREP Announces Changes in Officers
The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals announces the following changes to its officers effective June 1st, 2009:
NAHREP has eliminated the paid position of President/CEO
Tim Sandos has stepped down as President/CEO and will serve as a political consultant to the organization.
Tino Diaz will be Chairman and President.
Alex Chaparro will be Vice-Chairman and Chairman/President-elect.
John Beneventi will be interim CFO.
Gary Acosta will be interim co-executive director.
Ernest Reyes will be interim co-executive director.
In addition to the above changes NAHREP has relocated its headquarters to 5414 Oberlin Dr. #230, San Diego, CA 92121.
'Tim Sandos has done a tremendous job as President and CEO and we look forward to his continued contributions as our political consultant in Washington DC.' said NAHREP Chairman Tino Diaz. 'These modifications to our leadership and headquarters complete the restructuring of our organization that began late last year. We are happy to have this work behind us and are excited to be in a position to focus all of our efforts on the important work of promoting and preserving Hispanic homeownership throughout America.'
