They were asked, specifically, what did they do different. The lessons and ideas they shared with us are the basis of this class. First Time Homebuyer Classes
HUD approved non-profit housing agencies provide classes that cover the entire homebuying process from understanding credit to preventing foreclosure. Completion of the class satisfies the requirements for CHFA, HOAP and for other First Time Homebuyer loan programs including down payment and some first mortgage loans. All classes are free, food is provided and attendees receive a certificate upon completion.

In an effort to add unique benefits to your membership, CAHREP has entered into a strategic partnership with Viva Colorado, Colorado's largest Hispanic publication. This partnership will allow members a substantially discounted rate to advertise their listings in Viva's new real estate section, Viva Tu Hogar.
