| Note from our Kids Team:
|
| We've just finished our first VBS at The WareHouse! What an incredible week it was at Saddle Ridge Ranch. It included over 200 different buckaroos that came throughout the week, 60+ volunteers, and a family night that was a blast. No doubt the Lord is moving at Rolling Hills and how grateful we are to be on this journey. On Sunda y, August 15, kids will move to their new classes - promoting to the grade they are entering this year. We have some exciting new things planned and with so many kids and families, there are many places to serve.
Did you know... 1) Eighty percent of people receive Christ between the ages of 4 and 14. 2) Serving children plants the gospel into the next generation. The gospel is always one generation from extinction.
Please see the opportunities below and pray about where the Lord might be calling you to serve. It's a blast serving our RH Kids!
Finally, we want to thank Billy Johnson for his time with us this year. His internship is ending and he will be pursuing school and an upcoming wedding! We will welcome our new Elementary intern, Madeline Rowell, in the coming weeks. She's busy wrapping up a summer of being a staffer at Centri-Kid camp.
Blessings on your family!

| Here are some new ways to serve in Kids Ministry!
|
| Small Group Leaders - Kids Pre-K through 5th grade will be involved in Worship Kids Style on Sunday mornings. This means there is a master teacher for big group worship and teaching, then kids break out in small groups for application discussion/activities. While you'll be with the kids the entire time, Small Group leaders are responsible for about 20 minutes of teaching time.
Kids Check-In - We love our computer check-in systems, but need some friendly faces to help. Greeters are needed from 9:10-9:40am and 10:40-11:10am each week. You would only serve one time each week. This is a great way to serve in kids ministry without being in the classroom.
New Preschool Classes - Noticed all the little ones around? We're adding preschool classes, too.
Wednesday Night Leaders - The Fort happens each Wednesday from 6:10-8:10pm for kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade. This time incorporates missions, discipleship and creative arts.
Obviously, there are places to jump in and serve. If preschool (birth - Pre-K) is your thing, contact Danette. If elementary is your forte, contact Shannon. If you'd like to volunteer for the Check-In team, contact Laura.
