Greetings! Until very recently, it was thought that the development of the brain was completed very early in life. But recent brain research has proven there are certain predictors which can show your chances of improving your brain AMP at nearly any age.
"AMP" is the brain's ability to Amplify, Memorize, and Process information.
Each of us has an AMP Ancestry. Our brain engineering comes from our parents and grandparents, aunts and uncles. The types of jobs and hobbies that our relatives enjoyed fostered their brain engineering and that gets passed down through generations. AMP Ancestry is why when you meet a doctor or an engineer, you will find a lot of doctors and engineers in the family tree. A great example of nature plus nurture.
I focus specifically on working with children and adults who have highly visual brains -- people who may exhibit symptoms of autism, ADD, PDD, and communication, learning, and behavioral problems. I emphasize the word symptoms because I have found in my research and clinical work that the highly visual brain can interfere with the development of the auditory-verbal side of the brain, resulting in symptoms which mimic autism and other diseases and learning disorders.
In order to figure out if a child is suffering from an imitation disorder the first question to ask is about the jobs and hobbies in the family tree. This provides a very valid indicator of the AMP Ancestry, how the brain is engineered for attention, memory and processing.
For the highly visual thinker, this means there is hope of becoming symptom-free through Brain Engineering.

| AMP Up With The Animals by Dr. Cheri Florance
AMP Up With The Animals is a series of exercises and lesson plans for parents to use with children who have been diagnosed with symptoms of Autism, ADD, Asperger's Syndrome, Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), and speech-language disorders that effect their learning. Each of the ten chapters in this series focuses on one animal or creature. The book includes many photos of children imitating the animals' movements, and follow-up exercises and activities to reinforce the Brain AMP training goal for each chapter and each animal. Explanations of the science behind each brain engineering exercise are provided for parents.
