COL Laughlin new Chief of Armor
COL Paul J. Laughlin II, the 53rd Colonel of the Regiment, today became the 47th Chief of Armor as he assumed command of The Armor School at Fort Benning, Georgia. In attendance was MG (ret) Terry Tucker, the 56th Colonel of the Regiment. The Blackhorse Association community congratulates COL Laughlin on yet another great accomplishment.
