Walk with us along the journey of our mothers as we use visual, lyrical and dramatic art to capture their transcendence through victimization to empowered wholeness.  Featuring dramatic readings, live music by Ms. Kelley Nicole, visual art, slide show shairi's journeypresentation and video interviews! Proceeds to benefit the Women of Color Media Justice Initiative. 

Copies of Shaunelle Curry's "Shairi's Journey Through Darkness Into Light" will be available for sale, along with art by our featured guest visual artist, Lynnix.
