Life is about family,  we all have one and need to reach out to them and connect whether it is a sporting event that makes you make the contact... A friend with that one David Stein of Sporting News Radio whose show is about how everyday life connects us through sports It is called a Celebration of life through Sports.  I can not tell you how many people call into the show who have said they haven't talked to a family member in a long time, but maybe their team just won the championship or sparked a memory from when they did talk and it inspired them to pick up the phone and connect.  With the loss of Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett among others over the last week unexpectedly, it is time to call your loved ones friends and people you want to make it right with because you never know when, when will be!

Liberty is thanking our troops for doing what they do so we can do what we do not worrying about whether or not we will be attacked on our soil again. 
 
Liberty is also about change, last November America voted for change.  Is this the type of change you voted for, if you voted for it?  More govt. ownership in companies? Congress not reading bills or the amendments added at the last minute before they vote & pass them?  We are the People in govt. for the People by the People so stand up and tell your congressmen and senators what you think.  Tell them to read the dang bill before they vote on it,
 
Pursuit of Happiness is pursing the American Dream here in America with American made products creating new jobs for Americans.  A Rose of Thanks is just that. I started this as a way to give back after being blessed for not getting injured or killed after being robbed twice at gunpoint in 90 days at the end of 06.

 

A Rose of Thanks has grown to where it is today thanks to the involvement of others and am proud to say that the catalog is done to roll A Rose of Thanks out as a FUNd Raiser for other non profits.  With this program we can create jobs in all 50 states.  I am looking for others who would like to help... of course we need funding, but more importantly I need help planning the roll out in NC & CA. If you would like to help brainstorm on how to make it happen and  implement the plan please email me at matthew@aroseofthanks.org

Plans for A Rose of Thanks after the troops come home,  is simple: they all are not home, there are troops still in Germany, Korea,  Japan and at Sea all over the world.   We will continue to send out cards not just to the Gulf but around the world!  I am rolling out a Canadian Card for the members of the Canadian Army serving their country as well... more to come and different languages to!
