In a celebration of history and style, Evelyn Brooks Designs celebrated Peru's Independence Day on July 27th and 28th while previewing its upcoming 2011 collection. The festivities were grand as the models hit the runway, Peruvian style. The models included the Wizard Girls, celebrity stylist Abigail de Casanova, and make-up artist Adriene.
The event helped to raise funds for Coprodeli USA, the American-based organization that supports the work of Coprodeli in Peru. Coprodeli aids Peruvian families by providing for fundamental needs, promoting education and job training, and developing strong self-sustaining community programs.
Evelyn Brooks Designs would like to especially thank Mio Restaurant, Coprodeli, Macchupisco, The Wizard Girls, Chi Cha Lounge, Hair Stylist Abigail de Casanova, Make Artist Adrienne Letre Matthews and all of those involved in making this event possible.
