Pennies for PatientsStudents at Antonia Pantoja High School (APHS) are participating in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Pennies for Patients program, which raises funds to find cures for leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma research, and for patient services. The program teaches students the value of helping others as they work for a good cause. Our students are proud to be amongst the more than 10 million elementary, middle and high school students nationwide raising millions of dollars in pennies and other spare change for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The APHS Pennies for Patients Program will run for a three week period from April 5 to April 23. The class collecting the most money in the school will receive a congratulatory party. As of today, APHS has raised $137.00. If you would like to help APHS reach their $500 goal please contact Carlos Arias at (773) 252-0970 ext. 231. Click here to learn more. See pictures below.
