A group of nine students traveled on a school field trip to Washington D.C. This trip sets a historical precedent for our school since this is the first group of students visiting our nation's capital. The students were treated like Hollywood stars! They were taken to and back from the airport in limousine! Once in Washington, we visited and toured Capitol Hill, Arlington National Cemetery where we visited the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier & John F. Kennedy's Gravesite. We also visited the Washington Monument, The Lincoln, World War ll, Korean, Iwo Jima, & Vietnam Memorials, the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, Udvar-Hazy Air & Space, American History, and Holocaust Museums. Finally, we toured Embassy Road and had a spectacular view of the National Cathedral and for a night of fun in town we played games at ESPN! (See more pictures below) Students have Fun during Haiti
