MEMBER ALERT! YOUR HELP IMPERATIVE!
Since our last Member Alert, the Los Angeles City Council changed the hearing date on the proposed sign ordinance. The proposal now makes its final stop when it comes before the full City Council TUESDAY, MAY 26 (changed from May 20).
CSA needs your help! Please plan to attend the Council meeting next week. Bring your customers and your employees! We need to fill the Council chamber and make our presence known and voice heard.
This legislation is unquestionably a job-killer that will broadly affect not only the sign industry, but your customers as well. Up until now, a handful of CSA members have been carrying the load by actively participating. Now is not the time to be shy. We need as many CSA members as feasibly possible to step up to the plate to help us kill this proposal NOW! Please help us in this important fight by attending the Los Angeles City Council meeting next Tuesday.
