Los Angeles continues to push forward with its proposed ordinance banning digital and severely restricting on-premise signage. The Planning Commission meets again March 18. CSA will be there, along with numerous businesses and allied organizations. Assuming the Commission passes the proposal, it will then proceed to the City's Planning & Land Use Management Committee for further review before being forwarded to the City Council.

AB 109 (the digital sign/billboard moratorium) will be heard at the Assembly Judiciary Committee March 17. We have voiced our concern and will speak in opposition at the hearing.
