Happy Spring!

Dr.Rosinska Spring is in the air and hopefully that means end of winter. It's time to start getting ready for warm, warmer and finally hot weather. Even though the swimming pool season is still few months away it's time to start getting ready for it.

It's still time to squeeze in one or two sessions of leg vein treatment, for spider veins and larger varicosities and allow couple of weeks for healing process. We do it either with laser or sclerotherapy (injections) with the newest sclerosing medication, Asclera. Those who had a treatment with saline in the past will appreciate the difference.

It's also enough time for few sessions of laser hair removal so all the shaving tools can stay at home while we go on vacation.

Our new BBL...Broad Band Light therapy...for treatment of melasma, brown/sun spots and sun damage will be still offered during summer, but the best time to treat any sun-related skin discoloration is during less sunny months. I'm sure everyone has hers/his favorite sunscreen already stocked up.

Our favorites are:

BiO2 Physical only Sunscreen SPF 30
Intellishade SPF 45 (sunscreen with antiaging peptides and tinted moisturizer in one)
new sunscreen from Obagi, Sun Shield SPF 50.

For those who -like me- are hooked up on Intellishade from Revision, good news: the new Intellishade Matte is coming soon and it camouflages skin pores much better and it's also great for oily skin and all darker skins.
