What is LipoLite? |

What is the Blue Peel?
The Blue Peel is an in-office procedure designed to significantly improve the appearance and health of your skin. Using a low concentration of the chemical trichloroacetic acid (TCA) mixed with a special blue base to slow penetration, the Blue Peel allows us to monitor the appropriate depth to effectively remove the thin surface layers of aged and damaged skin from the face or other parts of the body. How long is the recovery period?

| Are you taking too many vitamins?
We want you to take supplements, but in reasonable amounts. Taking 6-10 different supplements a day should be enough for everybody.
One way to tell if you are taking too many pills is if your heart rate is going faster, your body temperature going higher, you're feeling overstimulatd or anxious, having restless energy and -most importantly- if your sleep is disturbed.
