AGI has been manufacturing tanks since 1993. We build about $1,000,000.00 worth of tanks every month. We have 40,000 square feet of production shop to serve our clients. At AGI we build tanks from 300 gallon to 3000 bbl. We specialize in large custom tanks. Our Drafting and Engineering department uses 3d drafting to make sure the manufacturing process goes smoothly. At AGI we take quality seriously. We have a quality control manual with documented procedures. AGI employs a full time mechanical quality control inspector. We employ an API 653 Certified Tank Inspector. AGI also does its own tank lining and insulating. We have experienced paint applicators familiar with Devoe, Enviroline, Urethane Insulation and Aluminum Cladding. To make sure these applications go smoothly AGI also employs a NACE CIP Level 1 paint inspector.

AGI would like to announce that we have been making Double Wall Flare Knock Out Tanks. These tanks are non code tanks hydro tested to 50 psi. Numerous options like lining, aluminum cladding, and I- beam skids are avalible. Currently, AGI has some Double Wall Flare Knock Out Tanks in stock.

AGI sent a 3000 bbl cone bottom tank to Red Deer, Alberta last month. This is the largest tank we have shipped in one piece. This was a challenging project. To make sure it went smoothly AGI sent one of our drafts people to site to make sure we gathered all the details necessary to construct the tank correctly. Our customer was so pleased that they have just placed an order for a second tank.
