Darrel Hackett is Harris Bank's Senior Vice President and Head of Small Business Banking.  Today he spends his time developing banking strategies and building new customer relationships, but he wasn't always a banker.  His route to leadership in banking included stops in engineering and management consulting. Everyone's career path takes different turns, but a few key concepts should remain the same - staying true to yourself, following your passion, and constantly challenging yourself.
