Information about Advance Report Updates
Advance reports of diocesan and affiliated organizations, the proposed 2012 diocesan budget and profiles of the nominees for elected diocesan offices were published on the diocese's convention website on Friday, October 21, the canonical deadline for publishing advance materials pertaining to this Fall convention's business sessions. Unfortunately, not all reports and other necessary information were available by the deadline, so we are posting these materials as received. Clergy members, convention deputies and all others interested in keeping up with convention business information are encouraged to check the convention website regularly for new postings and revised documents. Special Note: The website links will be the most reliable place to access recently published reports and revised documents. Links to these materials will be updated before noon each day as necessary. Therefore, take note that the links in the emailed newsletters, after the initial publication day, may not take you to the latest or revised documents. Latest Updates Since Friday one advance report from an organization with historic ties with the diocese has been added, and a correction has been made to the the nominees' checklist, which inadvertently left off the name of one lay nominee for Trustees and Council. (The checklist is the last page of the nominees profiles file.) Please note that some documents, because of their size, may be slow to open or may require a couple of clicking attempts. |
