Dear people of the Diocese of Kentucky:

The Advance Reports for the 184th Annual Convention of the Diocese of Kentucky are now available on the convention website.  The reports include the 2012 proposed budget, the proposed agenda for the convention, and reports from officers, departments, commissions, committees and related entities.

The Convention itself, with the theme "First Fruits of Compassion," will begin with a service at 5:30 p.m. (EST), Friday, November 11, 2011, that will include Ben Badgett's ordination to the diaconate.  A reception will follow.

All Convention events will be held at St. Andrew's Church, Louisville, 2233 Woodbourne Avenue, in Louisville's Highlands neighborhood.  Titles and presenters for the workshops, to be held between 2 and 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 11, 2011, are listed on the proposed agenda; additional details will be on the convention website in the next few days.
