Tennessee811 has joined with 25+ states across the country this month to work with www.IWearYourShirt.com .
Not only is 811 the monthly sponsor, but we will have a shirt wear on each of the following days: April 4,6,10 and 12.
Hope you can check them out. As part of this promotion you can win a NEW iPAD. Enter at www.Call811.com/safedigging.
Submit a photo of where you saw 811 and earn an additional entry in the drawing. Each new photo is another entry. Just find 811, take picture and upload it to the contest entry page.
Find it in an ad, on a shirt, on a billboard, on a receipt, the time of day, have your child draw a picture and photograph it, calorie count, product info, etc. Be creative! All photos must be reviewed before they are posted on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/NationalSafeDiggingMonth

This year, we worked with the Common Ground Alliance to create a website called The 811 Promise. The site was created to promote the safe digging message and encourage visitors to promise to always make a free call to 811 a few days before digging.
Calling 811 is the first step in the damage prevention process to learn the approximate location of underground utilities that include gas, electric, phone, internet, water and sewer. Spring is traditionally the peak time for digging activity, making this a perfectly timed campaign that will help keep communities safe and connected.
When you visit www.The811Promise.com you will be asked to enter basic contact information, including your name, email address, location and your stakeholder group. Then with a single click you can make The 811 Promise. Please also consider sharing this website with friends and family through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or email using the share tools at the top of the page.
Thank you for making The 811 Promise and for always calling 811 before digging.
