ATTBST

Bellsouth, now ATT, wanted us to relay a message to other members of TOCS.

Bellsouth is still marking the ground with "BST" and AT&T is marking the ground with "ATT". Even though they are joining together, the ATT marking is for the legacy type lines and the BST is for the Bell lines. We think that eventually they will combine and use just the one marking indicator, but until then, we are fowarding this message along.
