New Changes to the Tennessee State Law |

(Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act)
New legislation regarding the Tennessee State Law
has been passed which went into effect July 1st,
2006. There are a few new changes that you may
want to familiarize yourself with, especially the
new “White Lining” section and certain “Exceptions”

ETicket is a web based ticket entry system.
Register to use the product, wait for your registration
information, then log into the ETicketing web site and
start entering your tickets.

Manage Locate Tickets Online |

We would like to introduce you to a new way to
receive and manage your TOCS locate tickets.
Through our partnership with KorTerra, we are able to
offer our members the ability to receive and manage
their tickets via the web using KorTerra’s KorWeb
ticket management system. KorTerra manages all of
the technical aspects of receiving your tickets and
provides you with an easy to use and intuitive web
site for you to view and manage your TOCS tickets
online. The web site is secure and allows members to
manage their own tickets. Some of the key benefits
of using KorWeb are:
- Stop receiving your tickets via printer, fax or
email – Receiving your tickets via printer, fax or email
may be costly and inefficient.
- Simple and easy to use – KorWeb provides
powerful one-call ticket management features - the
interface is intuitive and easy to use.
- Complete your locates on-time – KorWeb will help
you to complete your locates on-time by alerting you
of tickets that are coming due or are past due.
- Emergency notifications – When emergency
tickets are received, KorWeb alerts you by sounding
an alarm and/or sending an emergency notification to
a cell phone, pager or email to your on-call staff.
