Meet Robert Landolphi, UConn's Author Chef

A passionate chef, Rob Landolphi has a BA from Johnson and Wales University and is a member of Slow Food International. He has appeared on TV and radio and has published his recipes in numerous magazines. After his wife was diagnosed with celiac disease, he made it his personal mission to "create and perfect gluten free recipes which will satisfy even the harshest of critics, including those who not NEED to be wheat and gluten free, but love his food anyway." The happy result is Gluten Free Every Day Cookbook, packed with truly delicious offerings. Landophi is the Certified Culinary Arts Instructor and the Culinary Operations Manager at UConn.
