Pink-Link wishes you lots of love on this Valentine's Day!
 Greetings!
The month of February reminds me of the love of family and friends. But, don't forget about the unconditional love we get from our pets! To the right is my golden retriever, Ricky, wearing a Pink-Link cap. As you can imagine, I get a lot of love from him!
Love is also important to your health as you can read in an article written by Karolyn Gazella, co-author of "The Definitive Guide to Cancer." She writes, "Scientific studies have shown that people who feel loved actually have increased immunity and decreased inflammatory markers." I'll take that any day!
At the beginning of March, I'll be in West Palm Beach attending Annie Appleseed's Evidence Based Complementary & Alternative Cancer Therapies Conference. I'll be learning all about nutrition, exercise and alternative treatments as it relates to cancer. They also serve only organic food, which is right up my alley! I hope you can join me!
I receive a lot of emails from people that I don't know and I LOVE it! I am continually inspired by these "strangers" and I want to share with you one survivor I met online. Her name is Rachel Pappas and she writes a blog called 1 Up on Cancer. She's scouring the internet looking for any and all current information about all types of cancer. Her recent blog post is an interview with Mel Majoros, who calls herself the "Cancer Warrior."
