Greetings!
When I completed my breast cancer treatment at the end of 2004, I envisioned an organization whose mission was to empower women in achieving a healthy survivorship. One of the ways in which we do this is through our survivor database. We developed the first national online searchable database of breast cancer survivors. Women across the country are connecting with each other and learning from each other's breast cancer journeys. Although most websites are supported by a large amount of advertising, www.Pink-Link.org accepts no advertising. We didn't want our members to be bombarded with unending promotions to buy this or buy that. So, we are supported solely by generous donations by individuals and corporations. If you like the fact that we have no advertising on our website, please consider making an end of the year donation to Pink-Link. We are a recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and your donation is tax deductible to the exent the law allows. If you need any further information about our tax status, or would like to discuss a donation, please don't hesitate to contact me. In the meantime, I wish you a happy and healthy October! It's Breast Cancer Awareness month, so there's lots of "pink" items to buy to help support further research in finding a cure and expanding awareness across the country. I hope you're feeling well both physically and mentally and are enjoying the supportive services provided on the Pink-Link website. Vicki Tashman Founder Pink-Link

| In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, the Emerald Dream Team, headed by Lana Fuchs of Lana Fuchs Couture, in association with Vicki Tashman, founder of Pink-Link, is pleased to announce a national search for 12 women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and have a compelling story to tell. The women chosen will be whisked away, with a guest, to Las Vegas on December 26th, all expenses paid, for a week of absolute pampering and fun. During their week long stay, the women will each get complete makeovers, a new wardrobe and much more! Their week will end with a New Year's Eve Ball thrown in their honor which has been named The Emerald Dream Ball. Click here for more information and to submit an application.
