Happy and Healthy New Year!
Greetings!

The holidays are over and it's time to think about the new year. What are your goals for 2007? As of today, we have over 300 members in the Pink-Link community. By the end of 2007, I hope to have over 1,000. The more members we have, the better support we can provide. To help Pink-Link reach this goal, please forward this newsletter to your entire address book. You never know who's been affected by breast cancer or who knows of someone who has. My wish for you in the new year is continued health and happiness surrounded by family and friends.

The Precious Gift of Femininity

Diane Rockerhousen is a National Educator for SofteeUSA.com. She uses her experience in writing this article about femininity for the Pink-Link January newsletter.

Femininity is deeply embedded within the nature of all women. Our public persona is shaped by a multitude of outside influences, absorbed, then processed through our feminine filter to create who we are. Because women are complex they have the ability to express how much or how little of their femininity they wish to display. Our femininity can be challenged in many different ways, but one threat common to all women is breast cancer.
