Celebrating 7 Years at the Oracle School & Community

Dear Oracles,
It is with a fond heart that I take this time to reflect on the power and the beauty of the last seven years at the Oracle School and Community, in the spirit of sharing more with the world about this part of the journey in the Oracle Movement.
This year marks the seventh of my teachings, the last two-and-a-half under the title of the Oracle School and Community and with courses taught by telephone conference. The first years included various live retreats, conferences, and workshops. When I taught my first class on intuition and sound healing, I passed paper cups and champagne or bubbling soda to everyone present and proposed a toast, "To my teaching, for the first time, what I was really meant to teach." And cheered, and raised their glasses...

I was in my favorite bookstore, sitting crossed-legged on the floor with a book open on my lap when she approached. I suddenly looked up and there she was, saying something softly like "Excuse me," or, "I'm sorry..." and wanting to get around me to the children's section. I moved aside right away and apologized for being in her way, and she went by. Maybe she said thank you or smiled. Nothing else happened, to the outside eye. You could have filmed it, looking for clues, and played it back over and over again without perhaps ever seeing what I did. But what I saw was so vivid and so real, that it touched my very soul... |
