Dear Oracles and Friends,
The greatest gift of my life has been being born with the awareness of self-love. All the other good in my life has followed it. When I looked around me as a small child and knew that most others did not feel this indescribably wonderful feeling, I knew it was what I came to this earth to teach and to share.
In honor of the upcoming Self-Love Oracle Course I am offering this special newsletter, these special sibylline leaves, filled with messages and resources about self-love. For I chose to offer the Self-Love Course in the month of June in the first place, this being the third annual offering, because the energies of June are so harmonized with inviting in self-love. Indeed Self-Love is like summer in the heart. And this summer in the heart lasts all year long, all your life long, and beyond...

Self-Love and Finding "The One"
 I am going to tell you the truth...
I know we are not all looking for the one. Some of us are looking for one of the ones, or not looking at all. But if you hold it in your heart to find a great love in this life, read on...
It is often said that to find great love you must love yourself first. You are reading this message today as a reminder of just that. Only it is no mystery or difficulty...no carrot at the end of a stick. There is just a soft place inside to say yes to, and the promise that everything you give to yourself...the time, the gentleness, the trust, the wild vibrancy and freedom...it will come to you ten-fold from others as well. You will be ready to receive it. You will know you deserve it and you will attract it like a flower attracting honey bees...simply by your nature. All that love...it simply multiplies and grows like a plant with never-failing roots and ever-bearing fruits and blesses the world in ways that cannot even be quantified. You feed the field of love when you love yourself...you enrich its soil and nourish everything that grows there. This is how the gardens of love will grow wild and reclaim the earth. This is how your love will feel you from a thousand miles away, or just down the street. And when the one, or one of the ones for you, comes calling, you will be so in love already, and so unafraid of love, that you will be ready for that miracle...and so many more. Self-Love: The Most Forbidden Fruit of All...
Allowing the Ripening...
No one says it out loud. It goes unspoken but you can hear it just about anywhere, anyway.
"Don't pick it! It will be really juicy and it will get all over your hands and lips and you will get dirty and sticky...and you must wait for the fruit to fall! Don't give it to yourself! Don't just take it when you want it and be full of juice all the time. Be sorry and a little ashamed like the rest of us...tow the line and keep rowing the boat with everyone else. Whatever you do, just don't feel too good about yourself."
Humph.
Personally I've joined a different team. It's a little smaller and less recognized but our numbers are growing...we've tossed off our clothes while others wailed in protest and jumped wild-armed into the sea...and naked is good.
We are having great picnics with all of the fruits and juice is just fine with us. We know where the nectar is...and it is right inside. We are glowing and flowing with the beauty of who we are, and nothing is going to stop us now. It's right there in your reach...fuzzy and soft like a peach...a life of self-love walking as the goddess and god on this earth...yes...sometimes afraid...yes sometimes wondering if others are right that it is just a mess you have found yourself in. And then embracing the whole, messy, wonderful, exciting, scary, work-of-art you...the thrilling, spilling, gushing life that throbs in your heart and longs to be known. You find out that there is room for heaven on earth, and it is not afraid of hell, and you know it starts with you.

Why the Self-Love Oracle Course is the Most Important Course at the Oracle School...
 This is where it all begins and ends....the path of the Oracle and the very heart of the Oracle teachings...
To be honest, I don't know if I can ever use words to do justice to the magic and power of self-love...
But I will try.
If there is only one course you can take at the Oracle School...even if you have taken it before and don't think you need to take it again...even if you are on the fence because there are inconveniences to being at this course...even if it doesn't seem like a powerful enough course because you aren't sure how it would bring you what you are seeking...then listen with your heart to my words...
This is the Oracle Course about LOVE and there is no greater or more advanced study on the face of the planet. There is no more worthwhile cause, no more fruitful venture. There is no more radical force, no more prolific endeavor. There is no greater gift to yourself, whom and what you love, or this planet, than your foray, ever deeper and with the force of your soul, into self-love.
Love is the only key and the deepest truth, and when you have found love for, with, and in yourself, you become forever a more profound vessel of love, knower of love, receiver and giver of love. You remember the most ultimate thing...that you are love and that all is love, in its very heart of hearts. And you begin to know this heart of hearts...to see it and feel it beating everywhere in your life and all things around you. You have a constant connection...endless golden thread to the divine heart of all being...a lighthouse that carries you with hope through any storm, a trust in yourself and the universe that was heretofore unknown. And there is no finish point...it is an ever-unfolding journey and each step draws deeper bliss and freedom into your heart and your life. Every investment you make in self-love gives rewards endlessly...to you and to the world and universe you touch with your beautiful soul.
Eventually these courses will take a different form, I will not always teach these courses in these delicious and precious small groups that allow for so much interaction and live connection. It is a rare and special gift anytime you choose in your heart to be present for one of these courses, and for as many as you can. It is something you will look back on in the future as having been among the best choices you ever made.

Wild and Free...
 I've been reading my old journals again, and they are a treasure
trove I hadn't even imagined the vastness of. A note that resonated
through me was one I wrote at the very beginning of a road trip I was
taking by myself when I was 20. I'd been riding the ferry sitting in
my van with the window rolled down looking out over the sunny ocean. I
wrote that I was so grateful to be young at heart and free that it
scared me. I then wrote, "I am terrified with joy." I am going
to tell you all now one of the most important things I ever
could...never lose your freedom. And when you find that it has been
squeezed out of you so slowly and so deftly, day after day in little
bits, or in a few hard hits you never feel you recovered from...steal
it back. You may need stealth and feist, brains and nerve, but if you
do you will get back your heart. You won't just get it back, for it is
in truth always with you...you will get it back whole...
