Each newsletter I am giving you more info about the imminent changes to the business of The Soul Coach and TSC Consulting.

 EVERYTHING I am doing is for the purpose of offering you even more skills for helping bring your dreams to life. 

It's Happening!

Here's how: 
  • If you notice the new banner on this newsletter there are key clues there as to the future of what I am bringing.  
  • There is a strong focus on helping you design your ideal lifestyle. So dream it up and I will help you get there! 
  • I have heard from so many of you that you want help re-inventing yourself by either being in business for yourself or changing the nature of how you work. Those I have coached in business the past few years, are having great success.  Now I am making that information available for you! 
  • I am putting together some awesome coaching programs and I am finishing the final touches. Through these   " Star Style" coaching programs, you will receive the maximum amount of support and transformation for your personal and professional life.
  • I am also making it more possible for you to work on your biz  life with me through a saturated VIP experience, leading to fast and fantastic results.
  • There will be group coaching for those that choose to grow their gifts and thrive in powerful ways with like-minded others.  
  • I will be offering online teleclasses again.   
  • All of this streamlines and is very complementary to the deeper Soul Work. Your dreams start with you!  
  • There will be more content, more value and more opportunities to receive support in the new coaching format.
  • Attention: The individual coaching sessions will no longer be available as a stand alone purchase as of the end of September. next month! I suggest you purchase ahead of that time or invest in a coaching pack.
  • The 4,6 8 hour coaching packs will no longer be available to purchase as of October 15th, 2012. Again, if you want to have some coaching credits before committing to the new coaching groups, VIP Days and intensive programs, I suggest you  invest in a coaching pack. 
  • The 10 hour coaching packs will end as of December 2012.
  • I will be sending out e-mail reminders for countdown to purchase. 
  • If you have loved this work and have coaching credits with me please contact me to set up a session soon!   
  • I will be contacting you by phone or by e-mail in the next 30 days. I would appreciate just a few minutes of your time to talk (on my dime) and ask a few questions. Please look out for that personal email or phone call.  
  • This is the last newsletter I will be dropping hints about " what's up." By next month, you will know!

Greetings!

We are now 3/4's into 2012. It is September after all. The Fall Equinox on 9/21 beckons us to take stock. There is a directional turn of  bringing in the harvest of what has been experienced in the year so far. School is in session. Presidential election is coming up. And, the culmination of the end of the whole Mayan calendar predictions and phenomena is ending on December 21st, 2012. We are being impulsed to let go of the past, be present and create the future all at the same time. Talk about pressure. Have you been feeling it too?

All these dynamics are in play simultaneously. There has never been a more opportune time to create what it is we actually want. Yet, with that comes the responsibility to monitor the quality of thoughts, keep the emotional reaction in check and stay in balance with life. Not always easy, but the opportunity is there nonetheless.

There is a need to have more life skills for just managing it all - work, family, technology, finances, health and social. The keys are within. When in doubt go deeper. Take a breath. Go outside. Remind yourself you are part of the bigger picture. Life will go on and on and on. Let go and let it all in. You are infinite. Aim to enjoy the moments, while in the learning curve of life. Be at peace.

With that being said, I invite you to view this e-news and receive what you can for yourself here. Even a sentence or two may stand out. May it offer some insight and blessing into your life.

Autumn Equinox
Celebrating Peace And Balance

I was aiming to find a good link with tips for celebrating  the Autumn Equinox . All I could find was this Pagan/Wiccan one where they call the Autumn Equinox "Mabon."

I read it and I had already written my article a few days ago on " Keeping IN Balance."

It affirms that when we take the time to tune in the messages are Universal, no matter what the belief. 

The Jewish new year of Rosh HaShanah has begun.

The International Day of Peace is on Friday September 21st.

There are many, world wide, who honor September Equinox as the wheel of the seasons turn.

Here are some tips to participate in this potent time:
  • Take the time to reflect and take stock of your life.  
  • Focus on planetary healing by participating in a world wide meditation for peace at 6pm around the world.
  • Focus on the last quarter of 2012 being particularly transformational for all beings.
  • Be grateful for all that life brings and the bounty that is our beloved planet Earth mama.  
  • Do a " Fall " cleaning. Give away what you don't need and make space within.  
  • Celebrate and raise the joy energy this weekend! There is a fun exercise about balancing an egg right at the fall equinox time. 
Remember you are inserting your frequency into the planetary awakening. What is your addition to the global wake-up call?

When I was younger, I was always concerned about missing something about this beautiful life.

So, I spent a frequent amount of time in meditation, contemplation and connecting with nature.

It is one of the reasons I aim to take advantage of every new and full moon, solstice, equinox and significant holiday - because I know these are power packed moments that if used consciously are very helpful for expanding the potential manifestation energies of ones life goals, dreams and intentions.

This year, I have been very focused on learning and growing another leg of my business, creating rich content and keeping up with my current clientele and guiding my daughter (and her friends) through the teenager experience. A lot of outer world focus.

I have been inspired to create anew and it's been a balancing act for sure.

Recently, I was reminded on how important it is to keep up the work/life equilibrium.

I had wanted to " get caught up " on projects and paperwork and learning materials, so I worked all week and straight through 2 weekends. By the second weekend, my nervous system was pulsing and I woke up with anxiety and panic.

Reflections: Birthday Gratitude!

I had a great time. Made soulful intentions and received much.

I started my birthday with an astrology reading by Kathryn of Gemini Awakening. Then was taken by my sweetheart to Lake Powell, by Page, AZ. for the weekend.

Visited Antelope Canyon and Rainbow Bridge and Horseshoe Bend.

The great thing is that I wouldn't have done any of it on my own. I am so grateful for the participation, suggestions and care that came forth to help me celebrate.  Thank you.
