How is your 2012 year going for you thus far? Do you feel like you are moving forward and progressing towards manifesting your goals and dreams in this Year of the Dragon?

Well, if you have been hibernating all winter it's time to get up. After all, it is the month of March and the Spring Equinox is here!  Spring begins in the Northern Hemisphere on March 20, 2012, at 1:14 A.M. (EDT).

Time to "march" towards something - anything, but hopefully in a direction in which you can feel good about the changes taking place. Think flowers and life and spring and new birth. 

Spring Into Life

Create an intention on the Equinox of celebration and on what you are choosing to bring to life now. It's a good time to check in with your intentions around direction i.e. where are you going? Where do you want to be? What do you need to leave behind to move forward?

Easter falls into this time where there is the death of suffering (winter) and new life (spring) is promised.

This also was true for both the pagans and the Christians. Did you know that the goddess Oestra was celebrated for her gifts of bringing new life on the Vernal Equinox?

During this time you might find it useful to cleanse both internally, energetically and externally as the seasons shift.  I personally use herbdoc.com for my internal cleansing during seasonal changes.

Shift your diet to lighter foods and do some spring cleaning in your home and office. It can make a world of difference in how we integrate the changes of the new season.

I have been noticing this month that clients are working on resistance ( getting out of their own way) and grounding ( making real in the world their dreams and visions.) Thank all of you who took the time to fill out the 2012 February survey. The key highlights discovered:

There were 10 questions. All the answers I received and have taken to heart and will be implemented into the list of services offered.  

  

Truthfully, my creativity is brimming and I am really learning so much myself while implementing what I learn these days. It can be challenging sometimes to be working in your business and on your business, but it is necessary to do both - to be in service and to learn how to serve better.  

   

A few updates:    

1. It's been a month since I implemented the audio recording feature and clients are loving it! They say they receive so much out of the session audios. 2. I am still working on the learning around the facebook business page. If you could visit and " like" the page and any content, that would be great as I will be dissolving my personal FB page soon.  "The Soul Coach" page
3. Did you know your sessions with Holly Shantara are a business expense and can be used as a write-off with the IRS if we talk about your business at all? The name to list is TSC Consulting or Holly Shantara Farrow/Consultant. Hopefully that can help you during this seasons tax time. In the future, if you need an invoice for the work we do, please let me know.
4. I started a new WordPress blog LifeStarBlog.com. It is in it's infant stages right now. The most recent articles will be listed on my website. See the "read more " link on the article to the left about getting out of your own way.  
5. I have some new changes on TheSoulCoach.Com website. Check out the tab 'Free Stuff ' under the Store tab in the menu bar.  
6. Here in Sedona, spring is moving in - we think. And, then the snow comes around, then warm weather. Then snow. Then sun. Anyway, it's a good time to plan a visit here. I've got some time set aside during March, April and May, for helping bring your visions to life with a Sedona Vortex Experience. Think about coming here on a solo or small group journey ( 2 - 4 friends) and being privately guided within and on this beautiful land by your Sedona Soul Coach!
