One of the most frequent questions I have been asked over the years is, " do you have a way to record the session? "

I used to record by tape when I was seeing clients in person in CA. But when I moved to Arizona and started working by phone consistently, I couldn't for the life of me find a way to record. So I let it go and left it up to my clients to record on their end if needed.

Recently, I was turned onto a wonderful tool called AudioAcrobat. I originally signed up so that I could record my upcoming group coaching calls. But then I saw I could record phone sessions!

It's really easy: When you call in for a session, I put you on hold for a brief moment, get connected to my conference line through AudioAcrobat and Voila!

The call is recorded and I send you a downloadable link after the session. You can play back as you need.

So much is happening is the client sessions these days, a tool like this is invaluable.

If you are in a business where recording is essential I would highly suggest them!

Plus, you can be an affiliate too.

Greetings!

I am a lover by nature. I love; LOVE. I love when people are loving to each other. I love to feel connected to the trees, plants and animals. And, I love to talk about love. My love for love is probably one of the main reasons I am called to help people (as my byline says) " Live Your Light and ... Love Your Life."

So here we are in February, circling around to what is known as Valentine's Day. Ok, so maybe it is just another " hallmark" day. But... it does remind us to revisit how we feel about hearts, love and mushy-gushy stuff.

You can check your attitude. If you are cynical about this " Hallmark holiday " you may have some cleaning up to do about your relationship to love. If you are depressed and lonely, then this is a perfect time to do something nice for yourself and encourage the lover within.

Love is not just about relationships with others, it is about the relationship with HEART.

Love is creation. It is the magnetic stuff that holds the light to us. When we feel love we open up our magnetic field to bring life to us. It's truly magical.

I am off to Vegas for Valentine's with my sweetheart for a few days. Yes, I have a special someone in my life now. There were many years where I did not have a person to celebrate, and yet I learned to be a sweetie to me.

The best way to attract love is to be "In" love. Then spread the love and it make the world a little brighter.

Being In Love

There is a reason I chose that heart image to the right. It is a depiction of the violet flame heart. I wanted to have a tool you could visualize.

The violet flame is a purifying energy. Different than gold light which vitalizes and grounds, the violet flame purifies and clears the dross that has collected in one's being, aura and body. Personally, I do violet flame decrees and meditations almost every morning. I find it helps to release the energy I have built up and helps me purify my vessel for the day's work. That image above, is what I sometimes use to visualize in my own heart center.

Yet, what does this have to do with the subject of being IN love? Plenty.

Whether you are in a relationship or not, you are a being OF love. Yet, you may not feel that love because you are so conditioned to the absence of it. Or, you have been " burned" or " heart broken" and might have become cynical or jaded. So all those feelings about the absence of love, tends to act as energetic build up around the heart center/chakra.

So what to do? You can talk about it. Write about it. Sing about it. But you may run into the same feelings anyway. Or, you can clear it energetically. And, one of the best energy tools for clearing the heart, that I know and use, is the violet flame.

Just visualize it over your heart center encompassing your chest and physical heart then put your mind towards a decree, which is a statement of empowerment operating as " I AM " which is Creator actualized. One on my favorite decrees to say is,

I Am the violet flame in action in me now,

I Am the violet flame to light alone I bow

I Am the violet flame in mighty cosmic power

I Am the Light Divine shining every hour,

I Am the violet flame blazing like a sun,

I Am Creator's sacred power, freeing everyone.

What happens is that your heart starts to heal. Yes, it will bring up the stale energy of the past whether from this life or another, but it brings it up because it is leaving. As this dross lightens you can feel the love begin to open up your heart again.

Think about it. Your heart and soul are connected. Your heart to your soul and your soul to your spirit. Without your heart working properly or happily, your soul can suffer. Your body can suffer. Your relationships can suffer. When you are suffering you are not a being in love.

Whether you are in a romantic relationship or not, you are in relationship to all of life. The quality of your relationships has everything to do with how much heart and meaning exist there for you.

Even in business, if your heart is not in it, the quality of your work can suffer for either you and/or others.

Men are challenged these days to be Warriors of The Heart and women need to be heartfelt as they rise in empowerment. We need to know that this is what is taking place otherwise we get stuck in the reflection of broken hearts and broken dreams. There is a lot of separation going on, just look at the tabloids. But that is not who we are nor the truth of the great unfolding taking place.

2012 is a time for the coming together of diverging energies. What is the best way to come together? Through the heart. It is meant to be the place of common ground. The union is within as you choose and will to be a human " being" in love.

This Valentine's Day, whether you are in a relationship or not, rededicate your life to Love.
Put your hand over your heart and feel the beat of your own heart. Visualize the violet flame and rededicate yourself to love and making love a priority.

Allow yourself to be in the space of love, whether you are in a relationship or not.

Love is the opening door
