Greetings!

Here we are in mid-July entering the astrological sign of Leo, the sign of the heart, ruled by the solar energy of the sun. 

I have had a great time this summer already and my heart is very full of appreciation for what I have experienced. To read more about my adventures, scroll to the bottom of the page.   

The focus of the heart is a good one now especially as our collective evolutionary step is to embrace Unity Consciousness . Unity Consciousness is the awareness that we are all intrinsically linked together through our thoughts, vibrations and actions. Used with awareness, this knowledge can help us achieve wonderful things, together.  Here is a video dated March, 2010, yet still of great value, to plant the seed in your consciousness of what is possible:

Unity Consciousness does not mean we have to be living the same way, with the same thoughts and feelings doing the same thing with others. Unity Consciousness does mean we embrace our differences while respecting ourselves and our choices while learning to live cooperatively in complimentary ways with each other.  

It is an art, to be sure, to value oneself and value another, even if those ways are different. Finding new harmonious ways to relate, is the learning curve. Be gentle on yourself when finding yourself in new " Opportunity For Unity " environments. 

Unity Consciousness is one of the current time, great evolutionary learning steps, as we culminate into the ending of the Mayan Calendar as we know it, and 2012. It is really not an end, but a shift in " awareness opportunity for Unity. "

During this Leo time, the focus of Unity Consciousness is centered around the heart. We just moved through Unity Consciousness centered around the Cancerian energy of home. The opportunity was to find home in your heart and in new environments even if that meant energetic environments if not physical ones. Now we enter deeper into the heart space...  

There is an opportunity here to open further the heart. To live more from the heart. To trust the messages of the heart. To do so, it is of value to align one's heart with the awareness of the Unity which you are. In other words, to acknowledge the Source of your heart's flame and desire. Knowing that there is rich soil/soul here fueled by your desire to be more, live more, love more. That " MORE " energy is like the Leo Sun blazing forth without apology, in complete acceptance for it's own brilliance and potential for M-O-R-E.  

As an exercise, take a moment to breath into the center of your chest. Find the sweet spot. The place that is calling you to connect. This is part of your heart chakra, that includes, but is not limited too, your physical heart. Your heart chakra also encompasses your lungs, breasts, upper back and respiratory system.  Find the place in your heart center that is choosing love at this moment. That place that is eager for the expansion of love, joy, play, Unity.  Bring your breathe and awareness there.

Perhaps that place is covered over. Trust what shows itself as the place for you to focus upon. And, if it feels covered over, or sad or heavy or the antithesis of joy, just spend a moment connecting, like a good friend being present. Then say to your heart center, " I give you permission to shine " and watch what happens. Be the witness for your heart's energy. Notice the life force that wants to emerge, and will, if given the time, energy and focus. Allow that heart energy to expand into the areas of your life where you need it most. Heal thyself. 

During Leo, the tendency sometimes is to push or pull what you want into manifestation. (It is, after all, a fire sign.) Instead, focus on the fires of the heart and allow them to purify your heart center into a greater experience of shining in your world. There is no push or pull there, but rather allowing the unfolding of solar light and love.  

As you allow your heart light to shine, notice the heart lights of others. Allow your point of heart light in the Universal Unity Consciousness grid to shine with other points of heart light. Feel this cosmic web we are weaving.  

Know that when we take these expansion opportunities given to us by the cosmic astrology windows and events, we are coming into alignment with the Divine Harmonics that is our destiny birthright. What a wonderful way to embrace the unknown momentum of these times.  

My intention is to bring awareness, harmony and peace to the time of quickening we are currently experiencing. You are valued for your piece/peace and your contribution to the greater whole. Trust yourself and where you are and what you offer. Seek alignment with YOU first and you will find alignment with your perfect reflection. This is a practice in allowing, not in perfectionism. Allowing says,  

" All is perfect as it is."  

I have a sign in my office. It says, " Believe. It's all good. " I do. Do you?

Give yourself a lot of space to come into yourself in the way that is being invited for you to do so at this time. Listen to your heart light. Find the love there. Receive it for yourself and then pass it on.  

Temper the fire nature that may show up as anger during Leo time ( July 22 - August 22)  by finding constructive outlets for your creative expression. Chop wood, carry water.

See if you can take that fire and find constructive thoughts to attach too and make them grow. Watch the thoughts and the emotions behind them. Again, we are being called to monitor the quality of thoughts and the emotions that fuel them.

• You are the group who will transcend fear ( I so resonate with this because I have made it a personal practice in my life to overcome and not allow myself to be ruled by my fears.)
• Your inner being is only as inner as you don't let it out.  
• A lot of creation came in the past because mankind knew what he didn't want - can we welcome a time where man creates from what he does want? (Oh yes, that is so speaking my language. I teach this stuff. I loved hearing it validated!)
• This is where it's at. Not out there! What keeps man looking out there is an insufficient understanding that this is where it is at! This is what is happening! This is the sacred moment! ( To me, this was an " ahhhhh " moment. Like getting in a hot tub. Pure acceptance for what is.)
• The manifestations happen because of your line-up with the Vortex. ( The Vortex in my understanding is where you have put all your goals and dreams fulfilled. It is the place where, when you are most aligned with the Source energy that you are, good things happen )
• What it takes for a wonderful, joyful, successful engagement is 2 people lined up in the vortex. ( First priority is to yourself and then when you are aligned, attracting others alignment as well. I love this as it is so true.)
• Milk the thought of what you want. (Meaning, try it on for size. Play with it. Emotionalize about it from a place of already having it. Think about it being with you NOW.)
• (Somebody asked about the Second Coming, Apocalypse etc, you know, like a savior energy, and I loved what was said here, it is not negating or exclusive, it is inclusive:) It is not a second coming, it is a never ending coming!  

Statements like these were rich and frequent and I really found so much appreciation for the whole process.  

As a 30+ year student of metaphysics, I learned early on the Law of Attraction and the teachings of the Ascended Masters, which began for me as a young child of mystical Christianity. What I was shown early on by these Masters is that we are the Masters that forgot our mastery! My path has been to remember and to assist others in making their lives be the masterpieces from their own process of self mastery. The teachings of Abraham are congruent with those teachings but so present time. If you are inspired, pick up these teachings.
