Greetings!
Well, it is Memorial Day weekend already and I am finally getting out my monthly newsletter. What a strange and busy month. So many fluctuations in the energy fields as we continue to clean out the old and make way for the new.
This newsletter is intended to be short and to the point to fill in the blanks of the collective energetics being experienced.
Let's do a review of May: We had Earth day and Mother's Day and the powerful Wesak Full Moon that kicked the proverbial derrieres of many. Onto the waning moon which softened the energy of the full moon and we slide right into Memorial Day Weekend. School is out for many and we are in the summer kick-off as vacations begin.
There are a few themes I have noted this month that I would like to bring mention too. I do this so if you are in your process you can know that you may not be alone in what you are feeling.
I noticed the energy of R-E-S-I-S-T-A-N-C-E was up for many. Also, the push to get out of resistance - the resistance to the resistance. The funny thing about resistance is that the more you resist, the tighter things get. I will explain:
This has been a very Taurean state to get into as all fixed signs offer the opportunity to find new and challenging ways to manifest through strengthening one's position. Taurus is ruled by the bull in the zodiac and the current astrological cycle we have been in April 20th to May 20th. We hit the culmination of that energy on the full moon May 18th, the Wesak or Vesak moon as it is called, which is a celebration of Buddha's birthday. And, that energy was so intense that weekend preceding that moon. It was as if all the collective gunk was being pushed to the surface for cleansing, or purification.
The bull can be fixed, stubborn, unyielding and resistant. Now Taurus is one of my favorite signs because they are also very cute, lovable and warm hearted people, as they are ruled by the planet Venus, the planet of love, beauty and harmony.
The opportunity in working with the Bull is to get to the "eye" the center, or the place of awakening. Also known as, the eye of the Buddha. In other words, to see clearly, from a place of non-attachment, ( which is the antithesis of resistance) whatever is showing up in one's life.
Doesn't it make sense that when you are in resistance, everything seems like a struggle? You are swimming up stream, going against the current, butting heads with people and situations. Best to breathe and let go into the Venusian heart. See with the EYE of the HEART. (Note: the word "hear" is in the word heart as well. Aim to see and hear with the eyes and ears of the heart.)
Good lesson. Yes? Yes.
When we are in a collective purging process, ( which happens to be more frequent, as we are moving through the up and down states so much more quickly these days than even a year ago) it is good to just let go and let flow.
If you find yourself wanting to punch or push through with your thoughts feelings and actions, then do so. Just aim to let go of the resistance in the process.
In the words or Darth Vader, " resistance is futile." It really is. Resistance creates blockages to flow where acceptance and allowing can open up the gates of opportunity and expansion. You don't have to like where you are but if you accept it, you are more likely to create and opportunity where none was seen, heard, felt before. Taking a deep breathe ( or several) will help. Just aim to let go and let flow and you will be gently brought there to the extent you can let go.
Okay? Okay!
So now we are in the Gemini energy ( May 21- June 21) and mental activities are, well... activated. You may find yourself feeling more, through your thinking process, if that makes any sense. Or, feeling things directly connected to your thinking process.
As a suggestion, choose to monitor the quality of your thoughts. Are they productive or unproductive thoughts? Healing or Illness thoughts. Abundant or poverty thoughts? Change your thoughts and change your life.
Go for and intend to activate your super-conscious mind when it comes to thinking.
Again, a very Buddhist way of looking at life.
To tie this all together, when one's consciousness is in "the central eye" or the eye of the bull, also known as the pineal gland, or the seat of awareness in the center of their head, and CHOOSING to be in neutrality or the " eye witness " state about whatever they are experiencing, monitoring the thought process or where the attention is focused upon, it is a place of power and of non-attachment to outcome. When you are "here" you are centered and empowered and allowing life, rather than in reaction.
There is response and there is reaction. Reaction is a very "at-the-effect" place. Response keeps you in the driver's seat or "at cause" of whatever is going on. You get to choose your response instead of going into a hair-trigger reaction. Choose how you want to respond. If you need to buy yourself some time from a reaction, do so by taking a moment to sit and clear yourself through deep breathing, energy work, journaling or being outside in nature. Anything that will get you back to center, as that is the aim to get to a place of responding rather than reacting to whatever life brings to your door.
The reason I mention all of this is because as we continue to gain collective momentum in our evolutionary process, and things continue to speed up, there will be more rapid cleansing cycles where the energy is dense and then freed up. Remember we are going for a collective ascension process, a dimensional shift and we need to gain momentum from the density to do so. It means, let go people. We are leveling UP.
The test of these times is, can we be neutral towards the ups and the downs and just stay in the flow, accepting of ourselves and others? To the extent one can let go is the extent that one can move through their challenges more rapidly and gracefully and become buoyant again, the proverbial " happy place."
On a practical level, if you are faced with a health, financial or relationship crisis, to the degree you can move out of resistance to what is going on and move into acceptance and allowing the changes to move you into a more expanded state, is the degree to how quickly you will move through your changes and back into a state of equilibrium and good fortune.
If you have been letting go and letting flow and staying intentional with your attention on what you want instead of what you don't want, you may have been feeling pretty good for the most part. Good for you.
All life seeks balance, but this balance is not a forced state. Although force may be something you need to go through to get to the let go. Practice moving into your center with whatever is going on, with intent for your goal, attention on the desired state, acceptance of the imbalance, and allowing the Good/Universe/Spirit energy to come in and flow through your life.
Always the work is to get out of our own way. Then life can flow through and bring all that is good and kind and right to our lives. You have heard the saying, " let go and let God/Goddess All That is." So be it.
If you would like some assistance in getting out of your own way and moving your resistance to good, I am here.
I also am keeping the monthly specials I offered last month and added a new one, Aura Cleansing. Check it out and please feel free to partake if you are so called to do so.
Also, if you know someone who would benefit by this newsletter, the monthly specials, or the soul coaching life work, I would appreciate if you passed on this information. Thank you!
Enjoy your summer weekend. Remember to follow the energy towards your goals and your gold.
I will write again in June.
Infinite blessings in the great cosmic flow,
