For those of you interested in the upgrades we are receiving, I wanted to touch in on the 11:11 phenomena.

Today is 11/11/10. What does that mean? Simply put, everything has an energetic signature which also corresponds to a numerical sequence.

Just like the binary code made up of zeros and ones is the language that is used to write computer code, so too does the golden mean and Fibonachi ratio and Pi show the harmony and perfection within all living things.

So... now we go from that basis to activations. Just like you can flip a switch and a light goes on, so too do these unique days and time sequences of 10/10. 11/11 and 12/12 set up energetic, personal, planetary and galactic activations.

In the 1980's, I had my own experience with 11:11.  Then I found a little book by a woman whose name is Solara who wrote a book on 11:11 and created the first global 11:11 gatherings and   activations, acknowledging
these gateways or portals for transformation.


Today, I came across her site purely by "accident." It was interesting to reflect that 11:11 was part of my spiritual  upgrading back then and here we are 20+ years later participating in these larger global awakenings.  I have not thought about her for years.

Present time, I was sent a link by a client for a neat site that is geared towards creating a New Reality Transmission through collective thought. The idea is to visualize at 11:11PM (EST)  for 11 minutes starting on 11/11/10 for 11 days the reality you want for planet earth as her new reality. To go inside and connect with Source Energy for 11 minutes. After 11 minutes with one thought and a loving heart, send light, love, and qi (life force) energy to Mother Earth. Close with a mantra like "Om" or a short prayer for Mama Earth. There are over 100,000 people participating.

The truth is we are already in the new reality but our psyches and physical selves have not caught up yet. As well, belief systems and fears (see my article: 2012 Perspective to the right of this column) and habits can keep us experiencing our lives personally and globally, in an old way.

By using the "gateways" of 11:11 etc. we can begin to program our conscious mind and hence our physical forms to come up to the new vibration.

The simple version is to make a wish every time you see a clock on 11:11. Wish for an expanded reality. Wish for an improved and amazing existence. Wish for our planets smooth transition through 2012.

And, by all means, aim to enjoy the ride as much as possible. You are not alone. All the changes you are feeling are being felt in the collective right now. We are moving towards a an ever expanding Unity consciousness.

Dear (Contact First Name),

November must be here. It just seems to be that time to play with the falling leaves, hence my photo. ;-))

Daylight savings has kicked into effect for most.   (Exception: Arizona) Conversations are gearing around what people are doing for Thanksgiving. It is a time to be around friends and loved ones, a time to give thanks and a time to eat! As we approach the winter months, our diets need to change. No longer is dining on a cold green salad going to feel as satiating as a warm hearty soup.  As well, we begin to layer up our physical forms like a caterpillar making it's cocoon and unless we are planning a trip to some warm coastal climate, we won't toss those layers until the first warm spring day.


Change can be uncomfortable, but change can be good. The key for moving through change is to soften around resistance. As a suggestion, practice relaxing around the changes you're having to make in your life. Kind of like, loosening your belt buckle after a big meal. As well, embrace the longer nights and shorter days by participating in day and night dreaming to create how you want your life to be and who you will be, come springtime. Keep a journal handy as a way to write down your musings. Your dreamworld, just like your life, can be a rich platform for positive change if you allow it to be.

While you are dreaming of spring 2011, perhaps you can dream how you want your 2012 experience to be. Many seem to be on the edge of excitement, fear, apathy or intentioning the experience. Simply put, we are in a mass evolutionary awakening process. How are you choosing to experience this change?

With all of the seasonal, personal and planetary changes there is also just carrying on the business of everyday living. That too is a reality.  You've got your dreams, your ideas, your goals and your duties. With all the changes going on, it's good to have some systems in place. What systems are you using? Are they working?

    2012 Perspective - "Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh my!"

    It's a challenging thing - fear. Well, it's not really a "thing" but it sure feels like a "thing" when it is running or ruining your life.

    Look, change comes. We can't stop it, it is inevitable. But what we can stop is the crippling fear, just by having a little change in perspective.

    In the famous 1939 movie of The Wizard of Oz, Dorothy and her friends got themselves in quite a conundrum energizing the fear that was an intrinsic part of their journey. That quote, "Lions and Tigers and Bears, oh my!" became their mantra of fear as they pressed on through the darkened forest. Their fear made them turn on each other, imagine things were happening that weren't and produced behavior that one might call silly or reactionary. I am not saying their fear was unfounded. After all, there was a wicked witch that seemed to not have their best interests at heart.  It  just seems to me that all great adventures involve overcoming some kind of fear especially when encountering the dreaded unknown.

    Seasonal changes can reek havoc on the body, leading to all
    sorts of health issues. Here are some suggestions that I use to keep me healthy and transitioning as smoothly as possible:


    1) I Change My Diet:

    Giving the physical  body seasonal adjustment time by changing what I eat and how I eat, keeps me from nasty colds and flu which is the bodies way of cleaning out anyway.


    I much prefer to forgo a dietary indulgence then have to endure a cold. Steering clear of heavy dairy, sugar and rich foods, keeps mucus levels down too.

    As the transition between fall and winter approaches, I will have taken my time introducing denser foods and can monitor more easily what is working for my system or not.

    My father used to tell me that every Thanksgiving I would be sick and could not enjoy the meal. I learned that by shifting my diet and doing a cleanse pre-holiday feasting, the issue was resolved and I was able to indulge without debilitating myself.

    2) I Do A Cleanse:

    Right about now, ( in fact, I just ordered the products
    herbdoc.com ) I begin a 5-day cleanse.

    This time of year, I start feeling sluggish and craving foods I know aren't the best for me. It is the bodies instinct to want to pack on the pounds for winter to stay warm. Giving myself an opportunity to do a seasonal cleanse, stops the cravings and gives me time to start a healthy shift into making soups and other nutritious but warming meals.

    3) I Use Essential Oils:

    I am an advocate and a lover of the beautiful and vibrant therapeutic-grade essential oils. In fact, I became a distributor because I love the products sooo much. They are living vibrational plant medicine.

    I have over 200 oils for my personal use.  I use them to expand the capillaries in my chest and make breathing easier.

    I use them as a protectant from cold and flu germs.

    I use them to eliminate intestinal parasites and to keep my body more alkaline instead of acidic where bacteria and viruses grow,.

    I have used them on my daughter to clear a staph infection without the use of antibiotics and when she has a cold to get rid of it.

    I use them to keep my energy field clean and dispel negative frequencies.

    It is the ritual of anointing too, not to mention the amazing and rich aromatherapy fragrances,  that I love.

    I also use them in a diffuser to dispel any airborne germs or molds as well and just make the air  healthier and oxygen rich, around my home.

    4) I Allow My Shifts

    During the season change, I give myself permission to move in ways that support me. More stretching. More resting. More being. I listen to what my body needs and follow the promptings.


    I get out in the sunshine when I can just to offset any seasonal deficit from being inside too much. Sometimes, I will just find a sunspot streaming in from a window and bask there for a while.

    Listening to my intuition and journaling helps to diffuse any stress and keep me connected and open.

    I realize these suggestions may not be for everyone. The point here is to give yourself permission to follow the rhythms that your body and energy is sharing with you. You will be happier and healthier as a result by honoring your bodies needs during seasonal change.

    My favorite essential oil this time of year is Thieves. Young Living's Thieves essential oil blend was created based on the historical account of four thieves in France who protected themselves from the Black Plague with cloves, rosemary, and other aromatics while robbing victims of the killer disease. When captured, they were offered a lighter sentence in exchange for their secret recipe.
