The Movie
This movie was probably the most impacting movie I have ever seen for various reasons. It touched me deeply on so many levels. I came out of that movie being reminded of why I do what I do.
I am pretty much a happy person, but it wasn't always this way. But when we heal and get happier and more fulfilled, we often forget the pain that was our journey. I was reminded by this movie of my old pain and I wept because this journey of awakening is one we must all go through and it is challenging at times. Sometimes it takes a heartbreak to awake.
Why I do what I do? I got into this healing work because I wanted to see people free. I will share that story another time. In Avatar, I was reminded that I do what I do to help awaken...to help those to see and remember... When one is awake, one is naturally a caretaker of LIFE.
Some of the messages in the movie were strongly about Unity and that we are all connected. I believe that EVERYONE deserves the right to awaken.
In the movie, Aywa who is the Mother Of All LIfe, or Gaia, the keeper of the tree of souls, it is said of her that she does not take sides. She only keeps the balance of life. Now think of her as Mother Earth. What do you think Mother Nature needs to do now, to keep the balance of all life? Pay attention.
If keeping balance means that an end to unconscious destruction must happen, then this is what is to be. It may look destructive, but perhaps it is a greater call to awaken and become more conscious and take up our responsibilities of being caretakers of life.
No matter what belief system one has, it is common sense, that we forget at times - to take care of that for which we have been entrusted. Be it a child, a power object, a home, a relationship or a planet. Learning to take care of one's own self in relationship to other is an art we are learning to master.
It is this we will be touching on in February's tele-class.

Greetings!
January is off to a bang or a snap. It is almost as if we did not get a break between clinking the glasses to say goodbye to 2009, making intentions for 2010 and the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Now we are in some huge weather patterns. Tragic Magic. This is all part of the great unfolding. We are all going through a death/rebirth cycle. Saturn/ Father Time and Pluto/The Lord of the Underworld squared in opposition to each other. Uncomfortable lately?
This is how we humans learn to lighten our loads, re-establish what is important, find our priorities and move in the direction we are "called" to go. That is, if we are paying attention. We have asked for changes and put them in motion. It follows suit that there will be some letting go to make room for more life. "Ouch" at times.
In this newsletter, I will invite you to the upcoming tele-class, touch a bit on the current events, share a perspective or two and offer an incentive for referrals. I am also sending out a survey at the end of the week, please look and respond.
As always, I support the journey of your continued evolution and the unfolding of heaven on earth.

Paying Attention
 I notice I have been saying that a lot lately. " Pay attention." The eye of the hawk is the eye of the messenger. Sometimes, I learn by listening... sometimes I listen to the learning. It feels like a time to pay attention.
I knew 2010 was going to offer more changes. Hence, my statement, " Change is happening. Are you ready for change?" I like to look at change and sense it - feel the pulse to learn how to navigate it and guide others to do the same.
There is a new tempo in 2010. There is a quickening taking place. It is does not mean one has to hurry up to catch up, though. Sometimes, being with the tempo means slowing down to watch, listen and learn. Just like guiding a child across a busy street.
I have been speaking a lot about tempo. I see it coming up as a theme in sessions with clients. I am guided to help others find their flow.
Finding right tempo is kind of like being in sync. When one is in sync they are living the tempo that is a template for synchronicity. There is serendipity and a flow. Always in the right time, right place with right people. Synced up relationships are wonderful. Why? Because one's intentions are to be so. Yet, two or more can do the same. Do you ever notice when you are synced with someone it feels easy, flowing, powerful and right? The tempo is harmonious.
When one is out of sync, one does not feel right. Things do not go well. There is struggle, difficulty and pain. But sometimes we need the lesson of being out of sync to learn what being in sync really means.
The tempo in 2010 is increasing. Like the earthquake in Haiti, things can happen in a blink of an eye. It is no longer time to take for granted a stasis of reality. Take nothing for granted. Live each moment intentionally and you will be guided out of harms way... that is, if that is your intention. As Spock says, "make it so, #1." Find your inner tempo and deeply listen. Pay attention. It is a worthy investment.

Haiti Earthquaking
 The Earthquake happened two days before the New Moon Solar Eclipse which was two weeks after the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. On January 12th, 2010, Haiti was hit by an earthquake that came up like a gigantic belch from the underground. Welcome to 2010. Collective consciousness feels the tragedy. Can we collectively feel the awakening?
These two " poems of Haiti " in the left column are written by a client of mine. Thanks to Emerald Shamir for giving me permission to share these. They say what needs to be said best and are in alignment with what is being called for in the collective. Reading them many times has a weaving and unfolding effect. Undoing the matrix of trauma while connecting to the collective compassion.
It is amazing to me, that it takes tragedy to bring people together. Yes, it seems to be part of the great unfolding. May we learn our lessons well and learn to love without being shocked into hearts breaking open. So be it.
