 Close-out 2009 with the a *free* Run Rocklin group run or walk on Saturday, December 12th, 7:00am at Lone Tree Park in Rocklin. Two different length routes will be provided. We will be meeting rain or shine and all levels and abilities are welcome. Bring out the family - the more the merrier!
New partner for Run Rocklin: Come out to the December group run and meet representatives from the American Heart Association / American Stroke Association and talk about their 1/2 marathon training program: Start! Training which will be training (and fundraising) as preparation for the Parkway 1/2 Marathon May 2010. For more information, please go to the AHA / ASA Start! 10th Annual Resolution Run in Auburn - fun way to kick off the new year!
The 10th Annual Resolution Run in Auburn will be held at 1:00pm on January 1st at the Auburn Overlook. This is one fun run to get you motivated for the rest of the year! The 5K, 10K and 10-mile routes are on paved and unpaved... and parts are hilly. Are you up for the challenge? For more information: go to the J and J Productions website.  Start! Training - The American Heart Association training program for the Parkway 1/2 Marathon. Beginning January 2010, we will offer weekly group trainings with other participants to train for the big race. Our coaches will hold training clinics with information about correct running form, stretching, shoes, clothing, nutrition and more. More information, click here.
