You will be happy to meet the cold winter days  dressed in effective winter clothing. Where else would you test out this new winter wear than at the next i Run Rocklin and Beyond Group Run on Saturday, November 14th 7:00am at Clover Valley Park (same as last time!).  Look below for more information on exercise clothing for the winter, nutrition and training ideas for cold weather, and races in November.  There is even an opportunity to start training for the Shamrock 1/2 Marathon in March 2010!  Don't say we didn't warn you early enough!

Old Man Winter can dish out some tough conditions, making your run down right nasty (and dark) if you are not prepared. However, some of my most rewarding runs have been done in the rain. I truly enjoy being encapsulated in a gentle rain...when dressed in the right gear.
