Collagen Light Therapy | |
As a member of the miraculous That'so product line comes a revolutionary machine that is used in addition to the cellulite reduction procedure. The Bodywave uses infrared light technology to slim, tone, and tighten the skin. A perk to this treatment is the technician does not have to be present for the procedure, your client steps into the device and receives the anti-age treatment solo for just 15 unaccompanied minutes. The collagen light therapy technique uses 633 nm wavelength lights that stimulate the growth of collagen production naturally and safely.
The procedure is suitable for all skin types and does not damage any tissue as it is completely non-invasive.
Call right now to speak to a sales representative about how you can order the Bodywave.

The Founders Desk | |
We thank you for patiently waiting for the release of the patient profile folder. You will see that the face of the patient card is un-like what you may have seen as it serves a dual purpose. The card is shaped just like a letter sized file folder with a tab so that an additional folder is not necessary to purchase, saving you money. In addition the folder has a full evaluation section, client record release and health questionare section as well as treatment notes and facial evaluation sections. Important documents can easily be stored inside this folder along with the pertinent customer information written right on the inside of the folder itself.
The patient profile folders are available for purchase and will be listed on our website soon. Please call us and place your order today (24 pack/$24.99).
For a limited time we are sending free sample folders (pack of 2). Just pay a flat $5.00 postage fee or we can include the samples in with your existing order.

Tech Tip | |
For this issue's Tech Tip we will talk about how to clean your flaps to prevent suction loss.
Regardless of the model, each LPG® / Endermologie® machine has a treatment head which uses rollers and airtightness valves or "flaps" as they are more commonly called. These two main components play a major part in causing suction between the treatment head and the body. Unfortunately, these are both parts which will wear from normal use and/or get stuck in the down position; both causing a loss of suction. Eventually these parts will need to be replaced. We see that this wearing is accelerated from lack of cleaning but the life of these two components can be prolonged if you follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Make sure the machine is powered off. Pick up the main treatment head and turn it upside down so you can view the rollers (Keymodule® & LipoM6® users will detach the module from the treatment head and remove the flaps by squeezing the rollers together and gently lifting at the bend of the flap).
Step 2: With the rollers facing up, pull one toward the center of the skin fold chamber revealing the flap behind it. Using a germicidal wipe, clean the flat surface of the plastic flap (Keymodule® & LipoM6® users will wipe the surfaces of the removable flaps).
Step 3: Still holding the roller in the forward position pull the flap forward until it touches the roller. Using a germicidal wipe, clean the side walls of the treatment head case on the inside of the chamber in front and behind of the flap (This is the plastic surface which the flap rubs against). If these walls are dirty, it will cause the flaps to stick down allowing air to escape and no suction will be made. Once clean, release the roller and flap and repeat this process to the second flap (Keymodule® & LipoM6® users can now return the flaps to there seated position in the module casing).
Conclude this process by powering the machine back on and testing your suction. The flaps should not stick in the back position. If the suction for your treatment head is suffering from this issue it is highly likely that the flaps and possibly the rollers may need replacement. Please keep in mind all Keymodule® & LipoM6® flaps must be changed after every 100 hours of use. If we failed to describe your equipment, have more questions, or have a different problem all together the technicians at Endo-Systems can be contacted any time by calling (866) 374-9401.
If you need help with this tip or any other technical issue please contact us at 866.374.9401 and we will be happy to get your equipment back up and running.

CONGRATULATIONS
to our contest winner!
Thank you to all who participated in our contest and sent in their best questions for our staff to answer. The following question came from Kasey Williamson in La Canada Flintridge, California.
Kasey asks "My Keymodule® treatment head is showing error codes #1 and #13001, what do I do?
Great question Kasey and the answer to your dilemma is: disconnect the treatment head from the hose, blow out the hose connection and treatment head with canned air, then re-connect. If this clears up the problem it was a lack of connection being made between the male treatment head prongs and the female hose terminal. If problem still persists we will explore the option of the main hose cable needing replacement.
Enjoy your $50 voucher towards any of our products or service. The other submitted questions will be answered by one of our expert technicians promptly. |
