It is my hope that this letter finds you and your business doing well. Endo-Systems and I are proud to announce a new way for you to stay connected with the equipment you send in for repair or replacement.

 

As many of you already know, when we receive your equipment we begin to process the piece(s) through evaluation, testing, and then creating an estimate for repair, replacement, or service. This can be a timely process and we know that you are patiently awating for an answer from us. We now will send you email updates when we receive your equipment as well as notes regarding what our highly qualified technicians have found or are working on with your device(s). 

 

This new system will allow us to maintain the efficiency of receiving and handling your equipment as well as instant, visual call center tracking. Our system gives alerts and direct messaging to the employees so that we can maintain your issues or inquiries with adequate time and care. Every connection we make with you will be entered in the system so that each Endo-Systems employee may assist you with ease and proficiency. Equipment you send in for repair is now linked to your unique customer profile along with the piece(s) serial number and we can send updates to your inbox with processing, estimates and shipments. Our initiative to create a better organized facility will aide us in keeping control of the quality of service, repair and handling of your everyday business needs.

 

It is our priority to keep you up-to-date in regards to how your equipment is being handled and the expected time of re-delivery to you so that you can get back to business.

Tech Tip

For this issue's Tech Tip we will talk about how to properly maintain and change the filter on the LPG brand equipment.

 

First you need to determine the type of equipment you have. This can be done by locating the serial number on the bottom rear of the machine. You will see a silver metal plate with the equipment information on it. Locate the section that says "N SERIE" this is your serial number. Please note the first two or three letters of the serial number. Now find thee letters below and follow the proper steps for the filter change.

 

It is our best effort to make this tip section as complete as possible. However due to the various models of equipment and their versions we have listed the most common models in this tip. These instructions may not reflect your equipment. If your machine is different or you need help for other equipment not listed here please contact us at (866) 374-9401 

 

 

 

N SERIE = NSP

 

This unit is an ES-1 and does not have any timers or software to reset when changing the filter, however there is an hour meter on the machine. This filter should be vacuumed clean every day after use. DO NOT bang, tap, or blow air through the filter as this will damage the filter. After 250 hours this filter should be replaced completely by simply replacing it with a new filter. You can track the hour usage by noting the hours on the meter located next to the filter. 

 

 

N SERIE = IP  or  ST

 

This unit is an  IP or ST. This filter should be vacuumed clean every day after use. DO NOT bang, tap, or blow air through the filter as this will damage the filter. After 250 hours this filter should be replaced completely by simply replacing it with a new filter. This unit will notify you with a series of beeps once you turn off your machine (after treatment) from the on/off button on the control panel. Once the beeping has stopped press simultaneously on the SELECT and ESCAPE buttons and hold down for 10 seconds.

 

 

N SERIE = KMI or KMI2

 

This unit is a Keymodule. This filter should NEVER be cleaned! Trying to clean the filter may damage the internal filter. This filter may be black or white in color and must be changed every 40 hours. This unit will notify you when the filter is ready to be changed via an icon displayed on the main control panel. The icon will look like a cylinder with either a number "1" or "2" inside. The "1" refers to the main head filter, and the "2" refers to the Auxiliary hose filter. 

 

To change the filter simply unscrew the old one, and replace it with a new one. Next, enter into the configuration menu. Look for the icon that looks like an odometer, it will show the numbers "483".  At the end of that row in the circle there should be the filter icon. Highlight the row and press and hold the valid button for 1-2 seconds. The icon will disappear and the icon will be reset for another 40 hours.
