Life & Death Opening Reception this Saturday
We're teaming up with fellow tattoo artists Tommy Slocum and Jared Dale of 12 Tattoos to present our latest gallery show "Life & Death." The show will open on Saturday, April 9, with an artists' reception held that evening from 6-8 p.m. Hope to see you there!

Drunken Palette Classes coming to Spirit in May
We're starting something fun here at Spirit, Drunken Palette classes! Bring your favorite "beverage" and paint your way to a lovely art piece! We provide ALL materials, glasses for drinks and a great time! You take home a COMPLETE painting done by YOU!"

 Bad news: Jordu Creature Workshop canceled... Good news: Sculpee Techniques Workshop is still a go!
Due to reasons beyond our control, our Creature Building Workshop has been cancelled. We know... We don't like it either!
On the bright side, our July 18 Sculpee Techniques Worksho is still on. Pre-registration is required by April 28!
July 18-22, Jordu will be teaching his Sculpee Techniques Workshop. During this one week class, students will build a 1/6th scale maquette of their own creature design to completion, with full color and accessories. Jordu will be working among the students the entire week, sharing his tips and solutions for many common challenges and teaching color blending techniques that make your creature come to life. So much that we will be closed from 5:15-5:45pm on April 14 Call all New London lovers (or people who may just be in the area... we're not picky.) Our local downtown revitalization organization, New London Main Street, wants you in The BIG Picture! The BIG Picture is a yearly photo where Main Street rounds up everyone and anyone who cares about New London for one MASSIVE community photo. This year's BIG Picture is going to be held at New London Parade Plaza on Thursday, April 14. The picture will be snapped at 5:30 p.m. on the dot! So no being late! (As you can see, shop manager Lari made it to last year's BIG Picture.) The goal is to get 300 people to Parade Plaza and break last years record of 100 people!!! Afterwards, our friends at Q105 will be doing a second BIG Picture in the shape of a Q. We don't know how, but we're going to be a part of it!
