 Marching Band News of The Week
Congrats to BHS Marching Band!

Note to All:
Mr. Heist has scheduled an additional performance for Saturday at the Glen Burnie TOB at 5 PM on the way to Centennial HS.
Because of the large amount of students taking the SAT on Saturday morning, there WILL be a rehearsal on Friday afternoon instead of Saturday morning. Please see the schedule on the left. There is NO football game at BHS this Friday.

A BIG Thank You to Kathy Cacioppo for all of her hard work organizing the USSBA volunteers and to all the parent volunteers for giving the band their valuable time and dedication on Sat. And thanks to Dave Stephens as well for putting together an awesome program!
Tournament Tickets For This Week on Sale
If you purchase tickets for the events in advance, you will save money and the music department receives part of the proceeds! Just find the parent volunteer selling the tickets (look for the sign) between 5:20 and 5:40 on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
If you are looking for BHS music spiritwear to show support during tournaments, Beth Trehey will be available on Friday around pickup time to show you what is available. Just meet her around the music office.

Tournament Volunteers Needed!
A large number of volunteers are still needed for the chapters October 23 competition to be held at Broadneck High. To volunteer for these events, email Kathy Cacioppo at KMGC510@verizon.net or call her at 410-757-7281.
We are also looking for donations from parents for snack and drinks for the spiritgrams table on 10/23. This includes things like small Gatorade bottles, snack bars, small bags of pretzels or cheezits, etc. Please leave them in the music office and put Beth Trehey and/or Shelly Reid's name on them as "Chapter donations." Thanks! |

ALL COUNTY CHORUS AND ORCHESTRA AUDITION FORMS ARE DUE TODAY! If your child did not ask you to sign an audition form and they are expecting to try out please email Ms. Bennett or Ms. Balderson ASAP!
