Testimonials
I got hammered by three separate storms...and she handled 'em fine. Just want you to know that you've got quality product that kept me alive. The CG was busy saving others while we continued to plow thru 5to 15 foot seas. Not comfortable for a 33 footer, but she did it.Thanks.Guy

How Do You Get 80ft Of Mast Under A 65ft Bridge?
 | | How to get a 80ft mast under a 65ft bridge! |
How to get an 80' rig through the 65' bridges of the Intracoastal Waterway using two tons of water. The balls get swung out with an initial turn to port or stbd. The tendency then is for the roll to continue by itself, but is controlled by letting the bags out slowly with a line made off to each bag and running through necessary tackle to a cockpit winch.

Filming At St. Augustine Sailing
This month the crew of St. Augustine Sailing was excited to host the filming of a TV reality series: Bikini Race Week. They were contacted by Tall Sails Productions, LLC, in Jacksonville, Florida, about teaching the participants the basics of sailing. Two of our ASA Instructors spent time with them on their Hunter 216s and their Hunter 33s while the film crew continued to shoot. None of the participants had sailed before and the series will end with the winner as crew aboard an Americas Cup sailboat in San Diego. These young ladies are all models (!) so there was also a photo shoot for Blue Sky swimwear. Oh, and a rum tasting at our harbor's Kingfish Grill... just a little pirate-training.
There's always something fun going on in St. Augustine... and aren't those Hunters great looking sailboats?! Keep up with Sailtime on facebook as 'SailTime Northeast Florida'.
