We are very excited to announce that SouthEast Sailing & Yachts, Inc. has completed the transition to become a 100% virtual dealership....among the first to do so in the country! We have been planning and preparing for this transition for about a year and it will become a reality on October 1, 2011!
It only makes sense.
Almost 100% of our customers find us, and our boats, on the internet; they communicate with us primarily via text, email, and even the old fashioned phone. Becoming totally virtual, we will be able to divert our resources from the traditional "bricks and motor" business model to increasing our presence on the web and dedicating more dollars to advertising our brokerage and new boats inventory. This will streamline the requirements of our business and allow us to pass on some of the savings to our customers as well.
