Papa Fierro's Peach Mango Pico de Gallo is back!
|  We took a break from the peach mango pico de gallo when sourcing the ingredients be4came more difficult, but we had so many requests that we are bringing it back for a limited time starting THIS weekend! Remember to also pick up some of his original recipe Basil Pesto. Made with the freshest of ingredients found right here at the Market, it's a great reason to stop by his stand and sample the farm-fresh goodness! New to the Market is Dianne E'Laine, a singer/ songwriter who will be performing soulful, upbeat tunes and songs that she has written about the Twin Cities. She's promised to bring some CD's so if you hear something you like, be sure to take it home.

Pastamore has a new product line starting this weekend ~ a line of spices for meats, chicken, fish, and even venison! Made right here in Minnesota under the Plump Chef name, you can't go wrong when you season your meal with these flavorful "shakes". Good enough for Woolley's and Cork's Irish Pub to use. Good enough for me!
Tara's Pantry brings to the Market a truly unique array of sweet bread: Maple Nut, Sweet Potato Marshmallow, Chocolate Thunder, Pumpkin Lemon Blueberry, Cinnamon Zucchini with Rhubarb, and even Oatmeal Pancakes. Tara uses with all natural ingredients from local farmers (including honey, vegetables and free range eggs) and her grandmother's old church cookbook to whip up these delightful creations. This is Tara's 3rd year in business, and it all started when she catered her fiancé's music school Braven Music. Lucky for us!
