Come and hear Jorge Panchi's original and traditional popular Andean music of South America, played on pan pipes.
Years ago, Jorge Panchi started INGAPIRCA, an Andean Music ensemble formed by the finest musicians of this kind. "It can take a year to learn, but 15 to 20 to develop the skills," said Jorge in a 1998 interview.

Morel mushrooms have just been impossible to find this year, but we have a very limited supply for you at Papa Fierro's stand on the northern side of the Market, Stall 403. Pair it with the smoked duck and you are in heaven. Don't miss out!
On the Annex side, look for Papa's line of organic pear and orange marmalade and Thai spice BBQ Sauce. Yumm.
