| Greetings! | Although you'd never know it from the weather we've been having, it's actually SPRING and that means it's time for the Farmers Market to open!
Come this Saturday and Sunday from 6:30am - 1:30pm for locally grown bedding plants and hanging baskets and the full assortment of food from our concessions vendor. Say hello to Market institutions such as George St Martin with the olives, Tom and Donna of Maya Market, Wayne with Cinnamon Roasted Almonds, Joe Singh of Caribbean Heat, or Scott with his premium Wisconsin cheeses, and many more. Lots of returning vendors with whom to re-acquaint yourself!
We also have some new vendors you won't want to miss including Sweets by Sheri, Mel O Glaze, Earl's BBQ Sauce, the Greater American Rib company, Simply Nuts, Buck Ridge Meats, Zoe's Gone Bananas (bread), and a new Costa Rican coffee vendor. Along with all these new food vendors we also have the Do Good Diaper Service, a Cookie Lee Jewelry rep, some new clothing vendors, and a Tarot Card reader.
So come on down to the Farmers Market Annex this weekend! Lots to see and do, as always. :o)

We have an entire season of entertainment lined up for you!

Join us this weekend to hear our first entertainer of the season, local Jazz Radio DJ Chaz Millionaire. You're probably familiar with his show on KMOJ Radio 89.9 FM and you won't want to miss him live right here at the Farmers Market Annex.
Check our website What's Going On page for a calendar of events and entertainment ~ Bookmark it and visit often, we promise to keep it updated! |
| urSunday Artist Alley and Craftsmen Corner |
The Sunday Artist Alley is now joined by the craftsmen Corner! The entire Paper depot lot is now devoted to arts and crafts every Sunday. We have a few brave souls coming out even this weekend so be sure to stop by and see what they're been working on all winter long. New Craftsmen Bob and George will be right off the main aisle with their beautiful wood-turned objects, and Fursace with dog collars and hair accessories for people will be right across from them. Susan with Greenware Creations will be displaying her beautiful beaded serving pieces and other art, and next to her will be Derick Greene with his wonderful photography.
Bad Cowgirl Jewelry & Design is back for her third season at the market. Not only will she have her usual fun and funky art, she is adding a new twist with a whole list of new stuff. In addition to her "recycled jewelry" she will be adding retro re-usable bags, grab bags for the kids and a whole slew of whimsical favorites. Come on down to say hello, grab a bag and say HOWDY!
