Luxe Word from the President: Get Your Luxe-On!

Well, it's already mid-year, and so far we're delighted with our 2011 expansion into new and exciting metropolitan markets. Our newest preview markets include Connecticut, and San Antonio. In July, August and September we will be adding several new Metros to the US Luxe List, so check back with us often to stay up to date on the growing US Luxe List. As some of you know, the Luxury rental market is improving across the country, but it can still be quite competitive. Our Luxe List owners and operators who continue to raise the bar and provide first class service and quality homes are now able to secure longer-term leases, convert more renewals and reduce concessions. It seems that our discriminating luxury renters who seek out "The Highest Rated Apartments In America's Best Cites" will reward our Luxe member properties with loyalty and renewals even in the face of escalating rents when their expectations are consistently met. So, congratulations to our Luxe Properties for continuing to provide quality homes for our Luxe renters!
And now some exciting news! In an effort to expand the value of Luxe List Home membership we will soon be launching our proprietary "Luxe-On" Special Offerings deal sourcing service which will allow Luxe members to create and publish rent specials, lease-up incentives, spotlight unique apartments and penthouses, and other promotional programs for their communities. Stay tuned in July for this custom feature to be added to our site.
