WINTER SESSION GEARS UP FOR JANUARY
Register Now!
     Winter I session starts the week of January 9 with classes for all ages!. View classes on-line at www.valleyartcenter.org or call to receive our Winter 2012 catalog.  Register before Friday, December 16 to receive $10 off your total registration.  A late fee of $10 will apply to any registrations after Monday, January 2, 2012 so REGISTER NOW and SAVE! 
     As we head into the winter wonderland of Cleveland, ALL WEATHER CLOSING INFORMATION will be posted on our website or by phone at 440-247-7507.   

GALLERY OPENS 2012 

"Ruby, Ruby...all things RED" 

     As the weather continues to cool down outside, the VAC iscall to entry--ruby, ruby...all things RED getting ready for a night of "red hot" art!  Did you know that RED is any number of colors revealed by light consisting predominantly of the longest wavelengths of light detectable by the human eye?  How do you react to RED?

     VAC starts its 2012 gallery season examining the many shades and sides of RED!  Join us on January 20 for the Opening Reception of "Ruby, Ruby...all things RED." 

     ATTENTION ALL ARTISTS!  Interested in sharing your perspective on RED?  You can submit artwork for consideration until December 30.  CLICK HERE for Call To Entry Contact Gallery Director at 440-247-7507 or gallerycom@valleyartcenter.org with any questions.

     VAC is already preparing for the 41st Annual ART BY THE FALLS,ABF logo June 9-10, 2012!  We are looking for many talented artists to submit their artwork for consideration in our outdoor fine art and contemporary craft festival. 
     This year VAC is managing all CALL TO ENTRY submissions through "EntryThingy", available on our website at www.valleyartcenter.org.  Deadline for submissions is February 18, 2012.  Registration fee $25 and artists will be notified by March 12 if accepted to the festival.

Rome Wasn't Built In A Day
Help Us Maintain Our New Facility
     
     VAC is pleased that everyone is enjoying our newly renovated maintenance clip logobuilding, both inside and out!  To help us maintain our facility for years to come, we are asking for your help.  Please consider a donation of your time, talent and treasure to assist us in sustaining our wonderful complex at 155 Bell Street.  We always have a wish list of needed items along with general maintenance jobs.  So please contact Ann Chaney at 440-247-7507 or director@valleyartcenter.org to discuss how your time and talents can be used. 
     Together we can keep our facility a creative haven for our community for years to come!  Thanks for helping us continue to "build" our future at VAC!
