On Wednesday, 17 November 2010 I was scheduled to speak to you and provide an overview of SBDC services and training.  This was an engagement that I had personally committed to well in advance of the event.  As you are aware, I failed to keep my commitment to your organization.  This failure was mine alone - for which I take 100% responsibility.   Neither the Estes Valley Partners Board of Directors nor the Larimer Small Business Development Center program was involved in any way and should not be held accountable for my failure.
 
To all that were at the event, I extend my sincere apologies. As a former business owner myself, I understand how precious time out / away from a business is.
 
I am currently working with the Board of the organization to create / schedule a make-up event.  This event will not only be an overview of the SBDC services offerings, but will have actual training material and hand-outs that will give you tangible tools to impact your businesses.
